GhostLoop collects the following data:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist or create an account.
• Public X (Twitter) data — we monitor publicly available posts from accounts you add as competitors. We never access private or protected accounts.
• Your public posts — to learn your writing voice. We only read publicly available content.
• Usage data — how you interact with the app (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
• Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never store your card details.

2. What We Don't Collect

• We never ask for your X (Twitter) password or OAuth access.
• We never access your DMs, followers list, or private data.
• We never post on your behalf — you copy and post drafts yourself.

3. How We Use Your Data

• To generate personalized content drafts in your voice.
• To analyze trends in your niche from competitor activity.
• To improve draft quality over time using your feedback.
• To send you product updates and notifications (you can opt out).

4. AI-Generated Content

Drafts are generated using AI models. You own all content you approve and publish. We do not use your approved drafts to train AI models or share them with third parties.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share data only with:

• Stripe — for payment processing.
• AI providers — to generate content (your data is not used to train their models).
• Hosting providers — for infrastructure (Railway).

6. Data Retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. If you cancel, your data is deleted within 30 days. Waitlist emails are retained until launch notification is sent, then deleted unless you create an account.

7. Your Rights

You can request to:

• Access the data we hold about you.
• Delete your account and all associated data.
• Export your data.
• Opt out of marketing emails.
