1. Agreement

By using GhostLoop ("the Service"), operated at ghostloop.io and app.ghostloop.com, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

GhostLoop is an AI-powered content generation tool for X (Twitter) creators. We monitor publicly available competitor accounts, analyze trends, and generate content drafts in your voice. We never access your X account or post on your behalf.

3. Account

You must provide a valid email address to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Content Ownership

  • AI-generated drafts are suggestions until you approve them.
  • Once you approve and publish a draft, you own that content.
  • You are responsible for content you choose to publish.
  • We do not claim ownership over your approved drafts.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate spam, harassment, or illegal content.
  • Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our AI models or prompts.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without permission.
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse the API.

6. Payments

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period.
  • Free trials last 7 days. No credit card required to start.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. AI Disclaimer

Content is generated by AI and may not always be accurate, original, or appropriate. You should review all drafts before publishing. GhostLoop is not responsible for consequences of content you choose to publish.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. GhostLoop is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You can delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.
